30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for processing.
